I can't explain my problem in less than 100 words but it really all boils down to a VW service center telling me that they cannot fix my VW 2002 VW Passat because it hasn't been started in more than a year. I have tried very hard to keep my VWs (yes plural) in good condition and using VW parts and service. This just blows my mind that a service manager would tell me that he is refusing to repair my car because it has not been started in over a... Read more

My clutch went at 52k miles. It was replaced by previous owner at 15k miles. VW mechanic said that he had never seen this issue before. I have 60% of the clutch pads left but gear connecting to trans is stripped. VW will not warranty this. Will never buy vw again.

Very unhappy with Jim Ellis vw and the coorporate all together. If you can not provide parts for a car you should not be selling it. I have been giving the run around for almost 3 weeks for a part I ordered. My car is been sitting in the shop and I have been renting a car for 3 weeks.I have been calling every single day and everyday new story. I would not buy VW ever again, and I would definately not recommend it to anyone I know. Read more

Can someone explain to me how a clutch can fail at 25,000? I have had 4 Volkswagens all with over 100k and never had to replace a clutch. Have been told that parts in the clutch were melted and there were no mechanical issues that can be covered under the warranty so now Lindsey Volkswagen of Sterling is telling me that I owe them $3,000 for a repair on a vehicle that is barely a year old? I have never had a clutch burn out. Don't they have... Read more

Hello Today I was listening to my radio and out of the blue my radio went off, I though that the radio station went bad whit the reception, after 8 hours of work I turn my car again and no radio, I went on line and my surprise is that this is very common on vw premium radios, my car only has 60,150 miles, this is my 3er VW vehicle that I purchase thru my local Vw dealer *** Hanna and I never will imagine that something like this ever happens to...
