Been a VW costumer since 1999 , I have Own 2 Jetta and One Eurovan, pay in full to vw of America with Interest , I only got excellent costumer services when I call and pay my car in Full over the phone, after that VW of America don't like to hear a reasonable complain from me about there service and Misrepresentation of VW quality and Products
Hello
Today I was listening to my radio and out of the blue my radio went off, I though that the radio station went bad whit the reception, after 8 hours of work I turn my car again and no radio, I went on line and my surprise is that this is very common on vw premium radios, my car only has 60,150 miles, this is my 3er VW vehicle that I purchase thru my local Vw dealer *** Hanna and I never will imagine that something like this ever happens to a very pristine German Engineering motor vehicle, it is very disappoint to go online and read all the negative review and comments about something of this nature, I was wonder if there is a recall that replace this Radio for free or low cost can you please let me know if there is anything you can do to fix this Defect Radio at my personal email, jabogart26@***.com thank you.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Replace the Radio at no Charg .
Volkswagen Of America Pros: I am waiting to be contacted, Vw german ingeniering.
Volkswagen Of America Cons: Service experience, Costumer services is bad, Note receiving any call backs or updates of car upgrades, Engine and vehicle quality.
