The finance dept was unprofessional and Melissa at x 5023 was so appalling. She told me i wasnt a customer and that my husband was. He financed the car for me and i make the payments. My car has been in the shop 16 times. (No Joke) It is two years old now. Tour left on hold 45 minutes and told false information. I will pay off the car andnever go back.to them.

I purchased a 2013 VW CC new from a dealer in Greeley Co online. It is now 3 years later and 69K miles. First, I am on my 3rd set of tires including OE, due to excess wear on the inside of the tires, rotated accordingly. -$1700 and counting. Clear bra is peeling back, -$200 to replace. Dash surface near key port, peeling back for no particular reason. Lastly and the last straw, I was just informed by the VW dealer where I live that the... Read more

I had to pay $244.00 to replace the battery on my 2013 Golf that is still under warranty. I am not a happy customer. I was told that the battery is only covered for 2 years but the car is covered for 3 years or 36000. The battery should be covered under the warranty. The new battery is covered for 5 years...it appears that the original battery is junk. Nice going VW Of America. With all the problems that VW has had with the EPA and diesel... Read more

I bought a 2011 Volkswagen Jett from Frank Boucher in Janesville, WI and I paid for a 5 year 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. The service manager at said that I needed a transmission flush and it would cost me 330.00 dollars I told him that should be covered under the warranty but he said that it wasn't. Call me at 815 871 3584 to let me know what is covered please.

I have a 2010 CC LUX and had the cupping problem with the OEM Continentals. The VW Dealer blew me off with the same BS story others have reported here. I have a previous post detailing that experience. This is an update on what I have done. I bought Michelin Primacy MXM4 in 235/45 R17 in April 2014 with 29,898 miles. I did a high performance wheel balance and a 4 wheel alignment. This car spent the winter of 2015 in Boston and experienced some... Read more

Volkswagen is deceiving, dishonest, and the list goes on...... I leased a 2015 beetle convertible back in December 2014. During the heavy down pour in S. Florida, rain leaked into my vehicle at the base of the window and flooded the interior of my vehicle. The issue was resolved and I was informed that the carpet and rugs have been replaced. The smell of mildew has been present in my vehicle ever since. I took the vehicle back after noticing... Read more
