Volkswagen Of America - 2015 Volkswagen Beetle ignition won't turn off

Start happening last year bought a car last March start having trouble been in and out of the hospital just now driving car I am a senior citizen I thought I had a nice little car but I can't turn my ignition off thought it would be a recall on this since everybody's having trouble would like to talk to someone about it please I need help I can't afford to pay to get this fixed

Volkswagen Of America - Having problems with my vehicle locked up

My car died and didnt use it for about a week . And now that i try to turn it on the immobilizer turn on and activate the ecu sensor and thats the only car that i have i already lost my job because i couldn't get there i try every possible thing to bypass the immobilizer but i give up help please

Tried three times to complain about my 2016 Tiguan having electronic defect impairing the ability of the car to open the trunk. I want this fixed by Volkswagen with no money out of my pocket. This is clearly an electrical failure that needs to be fixed by Volkswagen....

Car broke down had to get it towed to camelback volkswagen. They did a diagnostic found out it was the fuel pump control module. I paid to get it repaired, three service consultants informed me that this is a faulty part that Volkswagon does not have arevised part out yet. Informed me to email/ call Volkswagen of America for credited reimbursement.
