VW is keenly aware of its faulty window regulators on the EOS, yet will not take responsibility for its faulty production nor support an additional extended warrantee for repair beyond 2015. Nor will VW provide a channel for communication and process of customer concern and dissatisfaction.
One would think with their people about to enter jail for defrauding American consumers they might be more concerned about consumer response and needs.
As with the lack of abs parts for their recall, they remain unresponsive. I own a VW EOS 2011 whose windows remain stuck and whose airbags though recalled have not been replaced as all dealers lack the parts.
