I have now paid over $4,000 for a VW Passat 2013 that I purchased used from a dealership in 2016. I have checked the CarFax report and contacted all of the previous companies that have done any work and also contacted the companies that did the oil changes since I have owned it.

The issue that is being reported to me is that “at some point, someone put the wrong coolant in the car”. Well, since the release of the car, nobody has done anything to the coolant. This seems like a common occurrence with VW. It is almost as if VW puts the wrong coolant in the vehicle before it even goes out.

4,000 dollars for a vehicle that I owe money on is ABSOLUTELY INSANE!

Why would this be such an issue with VW!?!? What have you all done to these cars and it is bringing a lot of insight into the practices of VW to gain more money from consumers by sabotaging the cooling system.
