Mis representation at Lease purchase.

Hi, My name is Luz Acct # 813990**** Was looking to See where I may see a credit, toward my lease that Steve Pearl (Stuart VW) of $876.00 he said refund would be put toward last payments of lease. No options were offer, just added lots of shuuing while asking questions, just sign and are you questioning integrity remarks. Theres (2) refunds are due for un wanted items added to lease. 1. for $876.00 done requested 11/25/22 2. for $959.00 being worked on. Extended warrantee not honored and dealership having no interest in trying to rectify solution

Had a significantly large repair serviced by a local mechanic that was still covered under the extended warrantee, but did not realize at the time that it would have been covered. Reached out to the warrantee company after the repair and they flat out refused to compensate for the service, stating that all repairs needed to be preapproved. When I explained that didnt realize the repair was under warrantee still, they just refused. I had a similar situation occur with my Subaru, but the Subaru dealership did reimburse me for some of the repair. Not good business for this issue.

User's recommendation: Think twice about using a third party warrantee company and maybe about using this dealership.
