Volkswagen makes a great product unfortunately the customer service and service department make the whole experience a PASS. Volkswagen customer NO MORE.

Even the customer service rep at Volkswagen USA had a rude demeanor.

They will never be close to the Mercedes or BMW customer service experience.

They have people working for them that feel its still beneath them to provide good customer service.

I took the time to make my issues know to VW America and still get the same rotten rude customer service from them. I was scheduled to be at the dealership for 1:45 for repair and they kept me waiting for 4 hours without any communication or updates. When I went to the service desk , three of the advisors were texting on their cell phones and ignored me.

Great! I thought that only happens here in Australia (adelaide to be precise) the 4 desk clerks here do the same, I guess it maybe a job requisite
