Volkswagen Of America - I never had worst customer support then from VW

Today i placed a call to Customer Support to check a status of my Case. Automatic system ofered me call back due to uncharacteristic huge calls traffic. I was promissed to get call back between 1H:40M to 2H:39M. I actually got call back in 3 hours and immefeatelly was placed by system on hold. After waiting for 30 mins, I hanged up. Came back home. Called again. After waiting for an hour I again dropped and decided to text about my horrible experience.
