Been in contact with w VW dealers about my TDI and if they are interested in keeping me as a customer after the buyback. Both dealers Boardwalk and Stevens Creek seemed indifferent about the situation and gave me the 800 number. Was dissapointed in the response. Hallmark VW Franklin Tn. As a corporate you guys need to send out people to check your franchise and see how they are treating your customers not the owner of the dealership. I have had a few dispointed isssue with this dealership refusing to help or wanting to assist me when I go to this dealership. It was so bad the last time that I had to speak up in front of another customer because I had no choice it was quite embarrassing and seem very racist to me. I arrived to the service lane park my car and walk into the service area with my 4yr son. I can tell no one wanted to help me by their body language and gesture. I gave them the benefit that they were busy. This was a Monday mid morning around 11:30 I think. So me and by boy stood there quietly for about 5 to 10 min. Waiting for someone to acknowledge us after they got off the phone. Two was on the phone the other acted like he was busy to ignore me. As soon as a professionally dress white male came in first thing this guy ask not even a second after he entered the door. One of the service guy ask hello sir how can we help you. The man advise them he needed an oil change. How coincidence I needed an oil change too for last 10 min I stood there and no acknowledgement. So one of the service guy thought wow this is ackward we said hello and ask this gentleman how can help but didn't even acknowledge the guy. So when he did ask I was so blown away and got so angry and told him I will be calling and talking to a manager. I drove off but was so disappointed that they are using VW as a way to make money and the branding of a good company but pick and chose who they want to be nice and help. I did get to talk to the GM he advise he would talk to them but I didnt get a good feeing that he would do the necessary thing to make them understand that you just can't do that to people. The sad thing is the only reason why this WV is doing good is because there's no other VW dealership around within 30 to 40 miles. You guys as corporate office needs to look into this. I love the product but you have to take care of your customers VW group and not leave it up to some guy who doesn't care about the brand but only to make easy money because corporate is pretty much doing everything for the dealership to make them successful. I don't know if this is the right department please forward to correct department so someone can get an understanding of how this VW does business. Thank you

The finance dept was unprofessional and Melissa at x 5023 was so appalling. She told me i wasnt a customer and that my husband was. He financed the car for me and i make the payments. My car has been in the shop 16 times. (No Joke) It is two years old now. Tour left on hold 45 minutes and told false information. I will pay off the car andnever go back.to them.

Very unhappy with Jim Ellis vw and the coorporate all together. If you can not provide parts for a car you should not be selling it. I have been giving the run around for almost 3 weeks for a part I ordered. My car is been sitting in the shop and I have been renting a car for 3 weeks.I have been calling every single day and everyday new story. I would not buy VW ever again,and I would definately not recommend it to anyone I know.
