I was sent a letter from VW 30 days AFTER the deadline for previous owners to submit a claim. I have been getting the run-around ever since. I am considering starting my own suit because I am so upset by their tactics.
They are a terribly unethical company. Karma will get them eventually.
I have been to the claim portal multiple times. I have called their attorneys who never called me back. I have written two letters which I expect will receive the same treatment. I have chatted with a completely useless representative who only succeeded in alienating me further.
Does anyone know of a group of pissed owners I could join up with in a new lawsuit?
