Never bring you car to VW Panama City ......We had our Car there from July all the way till October. It took them weeks to fix something, and when we picked it up it was still not working.

so we put more and more money in there with them never fixing the problem. We had to bring it back, again and again, the last time we where not even able to drive 2 miles. We told them we will not pick the car up till they fix it right, so they forced us to take the car back by delivering it home. The problem started 1,6 miles later again.

5000 $ later the Car is still not working till today (January 2018) and they are not willing to do the Warranty work, we payed for. They do not have a Fabric trained Technician or a Service Diagnostic Technician like the Internet page provided. Our Nightmare started 7 Month ago and we still can not drive the car. !!!

They are not willing to repair the mess up they did. NEVER, NEVER go to this Place if the engine light is on, they will chew you up. We have done calls over calls, we talked to the GM MR Boothright and to Kevin Perth. Customer Service forget it.....is not existing.

We have friend telling us about the same experiences...this was there answer ......... Thank you for your feedback about your experience because that should not have happened. I need to use your case as a learning opportunity, so we can fix the issue in the future. Could you please contact me so I can learn more?

YOU where the one that make them deliver the car ! YOU did not call back when VW US called you, YOU never answered there Emails..., NOW they find out in DOTHAN VW your crew messed up the car, POOR WORKMAN SHIFT, and for weeks you do not answer and you are not willing to pay the 2000 $ damage or fix what was done wrong.

Now we hear you are only a Freelancers and if you break it, that is the costumer problem.....OUR CAR IS BROKEN SINCE YOU TOUCHED IT....THAT was in JULY 2017 8 month later is is still not drive-ably. Great Service, Thank you WE payed you almost 5000 $ for YOUR GREAT Service for a car we can't drive
